Associated with the Réseau Varèse since 2002
The Megaron Concert Hall, inaugurated in 1991, is one of Europe’s most modern facilities dedicated to music. It comprises several auditoriums and theatres to offer the broadest range of performances possible (symphony concerts, chamber music, dramatic and lyrical theatre, etc.). There is a diversity of programming throughout the season, including some incursions into the area of contemporary creation.
Artistic Director
Nikos Tsouchlos studied both law and music. As a conductor, he has worked with most of the orchestras in Greece, with the International Festival of Athens and the Hellenic Opera. His interest in the music of our times has led him to direct a number of premières. He has been the Artistic Director of the Megaron Concert Hall since 1991.
Nikos Tsouchlos is a member of the Réseau Varèse since 2002.
